Online therapy can be provided to an individual or to a couple, again depending if you meet the criteria. Online therapy is a growing practice because it offers flexibility for the client. There is a level of comfort to you knowing you can sit in your own home or on vacation and receive therapy services. Research has shown that there is no difference in effectiveness of in-person therapy or online therapy. Often, clients enjoy the flexibility of online therapeutic services and are able to share more because they are in their own space.</image:caption>
